Swimming is fun but it comes w a price!

OMG,,,my shoulders feel detached now due to the forty laps at the big pool yesterday /(>.<)\...now i can't even rise my hand higher than 80 degree...um actually can but very painful (+o+)...thinking of going gym tml but than provided i heal before tml...(=_=)...yesterday i finished my last 20 laps by humming song in the water while lookin down at my shadow tt's has been cast by e sunlight on the pool floor...it's was very entertaining and interestin..becos i nv saw my own shadow floating across the floor before...(a.a)
